Beautiful reactive glaze ceramic tea infuser mugs come with an extra-fine stainless steel infuser basket. The lid holds in the aroma of your tea while it steeps, and when the tea is finished brewing, it is your coaster to place the infuser so it doesn't drip on your table.
Easy cleanup; hand wash recommended
The extra-fine mesh basket lets even my favorite loose-leaf jasmine steep without a single stray leaf in my cup, and the lid does a great job trapping the scent while it works. The glaze has a nice depth to it that makes the mug feel more special than my usual plain ceramic one.
I was skeptical about another infuser mug but the lid really does lock in the tea's aroma while it steeps, and the reactive glaze makes it look like a handmade pottery piece instead of a gadget. The basket is fine enough that I don't get leaves in my sip, which is my usual pet peeve.
The extra-fine stainless steel basket lets every leaf unfurl properly, and the lid keeps the scent trapped right until I’m ready to sip. My morning routine feels a little more deliberate now, and the glaze on the outside has a nice depth that photos don’t quite capture.
